Iswari has over 13 years of experience in corporate recovery, insolvency and restructuring across various industries and regions at a Big 4 firm and her current position as Director at APCO. She has extensive experience in the area of insolvency and corporate advisory services specializing in receivership, liquidation, working capital management, legal entities rasionalisation and project management.

Iswari is adept at forecasting and managing business’ cashflow requirements, attending to various litigation matters including taking witness stand at court, facilitating negotiations for takeover strategies, monitoring and reviewing financial and operational performance of companies, performing working capital management and performing legal entity rationalisation.

She holds a Degree in Business Administration from University of Putra Malaysia (graduated in year 2008) and Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law (INSOL). She is also the Full member (Class B) of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia.
